The Story of EMBRACE KC
EMBRACE KC is a Kansas City, based nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting the community through service, opportunity, and empowerment. Founded by educator and community leader Samuel “Mr. Sam” Lockridge, EMBRACE KC works to support youth and families through initiatives such as clothing drives, educational programs, youth entrepreneurship events, and community outreach efforts. The organization focuses on creating meaningful experiences that promote leadership, literacy, creativity, and access to resources for underserved communities. Through collaboration, compassion, and community engagement, EMBRACE KC strives to inspire hope and build a stronger future for Kansas City.
